This historic WWII structure is currently becoming under construction for its complete rehabilitation.  The first Phase (Phase I) concerning the elements for this work is to Engineer shoring to allow unrestricted access for future tower rehabilitation work.  We will construct a full perimeter 8’ high fence with a securable double access gate which will have a minimum clear opening of 8’ to prevent public access to the area under and around the shoring.  The purpose of erecting the shoring is to protect the existing structure from damage due to construction which will continue with Phase II.
