The work of this project contract is for a modified/hybrid design build where we are required to provide a designer of Record (DOR) for design development and design, surveys and geotechnical and DD1354 along with construction submittal approval and oversight of all construction.  The construction will consist of a 150 ft self-supporting communications tower and required foundation in which the tower itself will be fabricated of galvanized structural steel per the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards and shall meet the design requirements of ANSI/TIA-222-G and ASCE 7-10.
